Shipping & Returns
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Usually at present we ship through USPS .
Due to goods being in more than one location, it can take up to 24 hours upon receipt of order to ship out your goods irrespective of shipping service. However on most orders, it will ship out next day if received before noon (EST).
Please note that we reserve the right to ship any order as a partial without backorder, as from time to time we are out of stock and/or an out dated item is still on our products list. If this occurs we will ship your order and refund you for the non-shipped item(s) and partial shipping as per actual.
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. We charge 25% re-stocking fee. You (customer) will have to bear the cost of return shipping.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, Please contact us immediately with your order number and item you are returning, We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If the item is being returned due to customer dissatisfaction, customer ordered incorrect item or any other reason, returns are taken, however return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Any breakage would be customer's responsibility.
If breakage occurs, we must claim with the carrier. We will send a replacement at no cost, however a proof is required by customer. Either when you accept the package you note down with carrier of any damages. Or you can e-mail us a picture of the damages also.
Please note that as we deal with imported products, some have
limited dates on them. We can guarantee you will receive them before the
expiration date, we do not however make any guarantee of how much before that
date because of the reasons before mentioned.
